An IT after-sales technician

Brussels, België

As an IT after-sales technician you are responsible :

  • The maintenance, repair and adjustment of our products (server, PLC)

  • The monitoring of the operation of the facilities and carry out preventive maintenance

  • Deliver remote support on server in a production environment

  • Do on site server support/installation

  • Repairing and replacing faulty or used elements respecting the different customer’s SLA.

  • The installation, programming or modifying the equipment

  • The repairing to minimize downtime

  • Respecting of safety rules and predetermined quality

  • Regularly be in an on-call duty as 2nd and 3rd line support with 24/7 duty


Why you are the after-sales technician we've been looking for:

  • You have a basic knowledge in one or several of the following field ( and are willing to be trained in the other field):

    -  Linux
    -  Data base system
    -  PLC & automate
    -   Computer networks

  • You are an enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive Field Technician, open to share experience and knowledge

  • You put safety measures first - You are hands-on, goal driven, and have excellent communication skills

  • You have a flexible way of working and adapt yourself to the constraints

  • You have a natural talent for teamwork that drives your team to excellence. And can manage tasks independently

  •  You speak the following languages : Dutch and French
