As part of the expansion of its IT/Internal Solutions team based in Brussels, Macq is looking for a Technical and Functional Odoo Consultant intern for a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months, scheduled for the 2026–2027 academic year.

This internship will be carried out in a hybrid working mode, with the possibility of teleworking one to two days per week.

Your responsibilities as an Odoo Consultant Intern:

• Participation in Odoo implementation projects
• • Collaborate with the IT team and the Odoo manager (internship supervisor) on the implementation and development of the Odoo solution
  • Participate in the configuration and optimization of modules such as: Sales, Invoicing, CRM, Website, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Project, HR, Helpdesk, eLearning, TimeSheets, etc.
  • Perform technical and functional tests before going live
• Functional needs analysis
• • Collect and analyze the needs of internal users
  • Model business processes and propose tailored solutions in Odoo
  • Write clear and structured functional specifications
• Technical support and development
• • Perform simple to moderate technical developments (Python, XML, JavaScript)
  • Adapting Odoo modules to internal needs
  • Develop automation scripts and participate in external integrations
  • Contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement of the platform
• User training and support
• • Prepare and lead internal training sessions
  • Write user guides and functional documentation
  • Provide daily support to facilitate the adoption of Odoo by business users
