To strengthen the Mobility Business Unit, we are currently looking for a colleague with a strong administrative background, solid organizational skills, and an interest in a technical environment.
You will coordinate projects related to ANPR solutions and dynamic traffic management applications, gradually growing into the technical aspects of the role.

What does the position involve ?
In this role, you are responsible for the structuring, coordination, and qualitative follow‑up of ongoing projects. You work closely with the Business Unit Manager, as well as with the various business units and product units.
As Project and Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for:
- Managing projects from a technical and operational perspective, in collaboration with the Account Manager, Lead Developer, and Business Unit Manager.
- Leading a technical project team composed of analysts, programmers, developers, data experts, and system administrators.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- Translating customer requests into feasible solutions and concrete plans, aligned with the Business Unit strategy.
- Monitoring project planning, scope, quality, and budget.
- Overseeing the technical architecture and system integrations, while actively contributing ideas for short‑ and long‑term optimizations.
- Providing technical support and coordinating processes with the relevant teams.
- Ensuring proper application of quality, security, and compliance standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Reporting on project progress to management and clients, and escalating issues to the Business Unit Manager at the appropriate time.
- Ensuring clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date project and technical documentation.
Why you are the Project and Operations Coordinator we are looking for
- You have several years of experience in technical project management; experience in automation and/or software development is a strong asset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- You combine strong technical understanding with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You remain calm under pressure and adopt a solution‑oriented mindset.
- You work in a structured, hands‑on manner and maintain a clear overview, even in complex environments.
- You naturally know how to lead, motivate, and guide others.
- Experience with agile methodologies is an additional advantage.
Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of servers, both on‑premise and cloud‑based.
- Experience with virtual machines and an understanding of how they are managed.
- Strong familiarity with Linux environments, including the use of advanced commands and scripting.
- Good understanding of databases.
- Understanding of system integration and communication via APIs.
- Experience with user management and awareness of information security.
- Basic knowledge of programming and an understanding of technical logic.
- Familiarity with quality and information security standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001).
Experience in the following areas is an asset
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
- System administration and monitoring tools
- Maintenance, optimization, and security of applications and systems
