The QCAM5 Average Speed camera offers all the capabilities of the standard QCAM5, with the added focus on average speed enforcement across road sections. It calculates travel times between detection points, automatically detecting vehicles that exceed the allowed speed, making it ideal for trajectory-based speed monitoring.
An M³ module is mandatory for the Average Speed functionality, as it handles the calculation of travel times and detection of speeding vehicles across road sections. Optional features such as Make & Model recognition, vehicle color, and ADR detection may be available depending on the selected homologation class, so the exact configuration should be verified when choosing the system.
