The initial MACQ product warranty on all our products stands at 2 years, date of invoice.

Warranty extension, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specific period of time. 

Our standard warranty and warranty extension includes:

• Product malfunction either hardware or embedded software

• Any faulty hardware component will be immediately repaired (except the motorized support arm for the remote pan and tilt configuration; attention please: this mechanical system may only be used for installation purposes)

• Shipment costs for return of product under warranty

Our standard warranty and warranty extension excludes: 

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Misusage & Abuse:

  • Damage due to wrong electrical power usage

  • Any damage or broken parts due to mishandling or mis-installation 

  • Inappropriate image due to foliage, plants, trees, insects

  • Any misusage whatsoever proven upon receipt of defective product

  • If the product has been opened, forced open for some reason

  • Inadequate infrastructure and fixation for the product in hand 

  • An eventual lack of performance due to poor site installation or poor camera positioning 

• Car accident, e.g. car knocks down pole and breaks the camera.

• Lack of maintenance & cleaning

• Dirt, dust, bird or other animal excrement, insects

• Theft & Vandalism (strikes by balls, stones, objects)

• Force Majeure events, i.e. defects beyond our control including and limited to lightning, flooding, earthquakes, fire, excessive wind, tornados etc.
