Our Overload Violation Management module is designed to detect and assess overweight vehicles with accuracy and reliability. Using magnetic loops embedded in the road surface, the system measures both total vehicle weight and axle loads. These measurements are then compared against a legally approved database containing maximum allowed weights per vehicle category and axle configuration. This database can be easily enriched to reflect national or regional regulations, making the solution fully adaptable to any country.
Beyond detecting overweight vehicles, the module also identifies oversized vehicles, ensuring full control over road safety and compliance. Operators can directly flag a vehicle as “to intercept,” enabling seamless coordination with enforcement units located downstream to stop the offender efficiently.
