Invoicing conditions:​

Hardware ​

• 30% on order date​
• 70% on delivery date​

​All Hardware prices are expressed Ex-Works (EXW)

M³ license and Support (usage + basic support or selected SLA)

• 100% on order date​

​M³ license will be activated after payment reception. See payment terms.​

​Services​

• 30% on order date (technical proposal including timing estimate)​
• 10% on validation of the specifications and acceptance criteria​
• The remainder will be invoiced based on monthly reporting presented for validation of progress pro-rata to the duration estimate.
  ​Validation must be received within the first two weeks of the month following the month of performance.
  ​Progress validation represents partial acceptance. The last progress report will constitute the final delivery acceptance. ​

Payment terms: The invoice must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.​
