We are delighted to announce the arrival of Katharine Croisier as our new Operations Manager at Macq. With her expertise and dedication, Katharine will play a key role in strengthening our Customer Service unit, ensuring even more efficiency, responsiveness, and support for our partners and clients. 

Her mission is clear: to continuously improve our operational processes, enhance customer experience, and help us deliver on our promise of making mobility safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
